Infrastructure Capital Group is pleased to announce that Bald Hills Wind Farm (BHWF) has successfully refinanced its $168m senior debt facility on 30 September 2020. The refinancing was completed with all three of BHWF’s existing lenders, ANZ, MUFG and ING.


BHWF comprises of 52 turbines, 106.6MW wind farm with over 5 years of operational history and underpinned by a long term offtake agreement with Alinta Energy. BHWF is owned by ICG managed Australian Renewables Income Fund.


Craig Whalen, Executive Director said “The refinancing was achieved with improved pricing and terms to the benefit of the BHWF. Positively, all existing lenders have demonstrated continued support and confidence in the project”.
